Volunteer
All of our volunteers receive a small stipend!
The Ocktober Film Festival is looking for volunteers who want to take part in our 2020 Film Festival. Volunteers have the ability to learn while they work and grow their network. We offer flexible schedules, positive and friendly work environment which allows each person to grow as individuals. The perfect candidates are people who are involved in or interested in the arts.
Positions
ADMISSIONS MANAGER
Responsible for checking tickets and helping people find their assigned seats. Also, in charge of controlling event foot traffic.
LIVE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Position requires broadcasting Q&As and other relevant events during the festival.
AUDIO/VIDEO ASSISTANT
Assist our projectionist during screenings to ensure movies play properly.
FILMMAKER LIAISON
Meet and greet filmmakers and assist them with any needs or issues they may have during the festival.
